Established North Bali Beach Cottages and Divecenter in July 2006. Micha is our Resort Manager and Instructor. Staying in Bali since march 2009 after working in several diving operations in Egpt, Oman and the Caribbean. Ali is our Diveguide. He joined us as a skipper, was trained for diving 2006 and 2007 and started his full-time career as a diveguide in early 2008. Very calm and modest, doesnt like talking too much and discovers anything a diver wishes to find in a tropical ocean. Santi used to work in our restaurant & service team about 2 years before we promoted her to our Office Manager. Part of the reason was the fact that she is the champion for German language among all employees. Wayan is our cook and has been pampering our guests with delicious Indonesian dishes since the beginning. The crew for our 3 boats are Tanto, Lucky, Toto, Renong, Ansori and Heri. While Yanto is a mechanic who fixes all our machines, the others used to be ornamentary fishers. So hiring them was a not only providing me with good workforce but protecting our reefs at the same time. Our Spa Therapists are Widya, Elli and Ilu. They welcome you to ultimate relaxation with natural oils, herbs and hot stones after your diving day. Tompak, Farid and Sarit are our gardener crew and have transformed our place into a tropical paradise with big treess and flowers only within 3 rainy seasons.
