Thomas is our Resort Manager.
With 4x vacations and 3x Co-Teaching Instructor Development Courses in
North Bali he felt at home long before he took over the management. Thomas
has been diving for 18 years, started his career as a scuba instructor in
2003 and is SDI/TDI Instructor Trainer since 2009. |

Ali is our most senior Diveguide.
He joined us as a skipper, was trained for diving 2006 and 2007
and started his full-time career as a diveguide in early 2008. Very calm and
modest, doesnt like talking too much and discovers anything a diver wishes
to find in a tropical ocean. |

Steve came to our place
as a carpenter. While working his part in the project team for our new
restaurant he got more and more interested in diving. We taught him and he
discovered his love for all our beautiful divespots. Meanwhile he is working
for us diveguide and driver. |
 |
Idy is a passionate
diver and loves leading our divers to our underwater treasures. Starting as
a full time diveguide in october 2011. |
 |
Santi used to work in
our restaurant & service team about 2 years before we promoted her to our
Office Manager. Part of the reason was the fact that she is the
champion for German language among all employees. |
 |
Lina is also running
all backoffice operations. She has a degree in economics from the university
in Makassar. Never goes wrong with tiny details. An egg missing anywhere?
She will know about it! |

Lisa, Sri, Wiwin,
Marini, Gelgel and Eka are our team for room service and restaurant. Their
cooking is a blend of the finest Balinese and Indonesian dishes along with
some Western basic needs. |
 |
The crew for our 3
boats are Gali, Wawan,Ansori, Yanto, Wahid< Lukman and Suri. While Yanto is a
mechanic who had his own garage before we hired him, the others used to be ornamentary
fishermen. Hiring them was not only providing us with good workforce but
is protecting our reefs at the same time. |

Our Spa Therapists are
Yati, Widya and Ayu. They welcome you to ultimate relaxation with natural
oils, herbs and hot stones after your diving day. |
 |
Ngurah, Farid and Sarit
are our gardener crew and have transformed our place into a tropical
paradise with big trees and flowers only within 3 rainy seasons. |
 |
Ida Bagus, Tompak and
Gusti Komang are our security officers. Their big smiles are always implying
the message "Don't mess with our North Bali Divecenter" |
